1010 x GavinBrownArt — Auction Terms
By placing a bid you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
- Who can bid. You must be logged in to a The 10/10 Boys account and have a valid payment card saved in My Account → Payment methods. Bids can only be placed by account holders aged 18 or over.
- Starting price and bids. Each piece opens at the starting price shown on the page. Every new bid must be higher than the current highest bid by at least the minimum increment shown on the page. The highest valid bid when the auction closes wins.
- Bids are binding. A bid is a commitment to buy the piece at that price if you win. Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
- Auction length. Each auction runs for 7 days and closes at the date and time shown on the page (UK time).
- Payment. If you win, the winning bid will be charged automatically to the card saved on your account when the auction closes. No VAT is added to the winning bid. Shipping is not included (see point 7). By bidding, you authorise The 10/10 Boys to make this charge.
- If the payment fails. We will email you straight away. You will then have 48 hours to complete payment using the link in that email. If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the win is cancelled and the piece may be offered to the next highest bidder or auctioned again.
- Shipping is charged separately. The pieces differ in size and type (artworks, cases and more), so shipping is not included in the winning bid. After the auction we will contact the winner with the shipping cost and options for their piece. The piece is dispatched once both the winning bid and the shipping have been paid.
- Limited pieces. These are limited collaboration pieces. Photos are representative of the item; small variations may occur.
- Our rights. We may cancel an auction or remove bids in case of technical error, suspected fraud or misuse. If we do, no charge will be made, or any charge already taken will be refunded in full.
- Questions. Contact us at [email protected] before bidding if anything is unclear.
